@EuropeanSlpr What a disastrous start to what should have been a magical train journey from Paris to Berlin. No Paris train so almost 5 hrs coach to Brussels. Train has no buffet car. Nobody seen with any food or drink. Pathetic. Never again.

@StevenBannell Sorry this wasn’t the experience you expected. The bus replacement and onboard service clearly didn’t meet our usual standards. We’re a young and ambitious team, focused on delivering a comfortable and reliable night train experience every time.
