@EuropeanWax can I gift one of my wax passes to a friend? I really want to be done w/it. The service has really gone down company wide. Also, if the new policy is a one-time training wax, you shld direct your stores to take ppl off the email list. That's annoying

I’m sorry but paying $75 (for a Brazilian) at @EuropeanWax for them to not even take the excess wax off of me is kinda crazy?? my usual wax lady charges $50 and not only does she get every last hair but she makes sure there’s not a spec of wax on me when I leave

@EuropeanWax I have been calling my primary location all day and then tried 3 other locations in Chicago and none are picking up the phone. What is the point of being a pass patron if you can’t get ahold of anyone to schedule/reschedule.
