Momo Faye (2005, 🇸🇳), one of three 2005-born NBA Draft prospects currently playing in the Euroleague along with De Larrea and Samudurov, made his debut tonight against Fenerbahce. Recently measured at 6-9 w/o shoes with a 7-4 wingspan at Eurocamp. He brings tremendous size and athleticism, shows deterrent physicality on hedges and screens. His game is still raw at the pro level, with overly instinctive play and lack of control standing out - he’ll also need to limit his foul-prone tendencies as well

Diego Garavaglia (2007, 🇮🇹) made his Eurocup debut, playing 17 minutes and bringing constant energy. He switched defensively across multiple positions from 1 to 4, while still raw for the pro level, handled the physicality and pressure well. It’s unlikely he can carry over his role in youth as a high interior presence with constant low-post activity to the pro level, so he’ll need to adjust his game toward more of a 3&D or dynamic wing profile. Overall, he already looks like a reliable energizer at this level

Considered one of the top 2006 prospects out of the NCAA alongside Ruzic, Mohamed Diakite (2006, 🇫🇷) played around 12 minutes in short stints. He brings unique physical tools, handles the ball well for his size and combines with speed in the open court - making him a big time transition threat. A smart defender with solid lateral movement, he also displays good positioning and anticipation defending PnRs
