They called me a mad woman, but can we reach a point of accepting that this country has a lot of medical kwacks and the leading people are Drs , Drs in private hospitals will never admit a condition is beyond their understanding they would rather kill u than let money pass , I have been around enough to know ,no one operates on their Ego like Ugandan Drs , u don't need to fully trust private facilities for your health , you just need to know one person in a good government hospital or on specialized private hospital we understand death happens but we can't over look the fact u can no longer trust people whose intentions for money over weighs their oath

I like the act of optimism and try to return to it often. Because I've seen what constant pessimism can do. How it dims the light in eyes. How it throws cold water into the warmth of a room. How it robs laughter from the lips. How it kills budding hope. Optimism is defiance.
