Hugo should now be training every day at left centre, Billy is just a busted. means you can fit him in your starting team every week and if he is a footy player he will adapt. Also if Manly sack seibs get him in as attack coach

Complete sets means you have less chance to concede 6 agains and the other team will concede more as they fatigue. Simple game plan and will win 80% of games. Will need bit more to beat Riff but you at least give yourself a chance

@kid11y Most teams best attack is left edge so if your right edge D is unconnected it’s gets found out. Best way to stop it is keep teams out your 20 by controlling ball and field position something we can’t do against best teams.

@EvanTreasurer Sure he needs to get players to understand and execute better , tough spots to defend at centre / wing though need an instinct for it , Weve missed B.Smith there he gets it right alot

No one in union wanted Chieka anywhere near them. Robbo employs him. Decision making is putrid from top to bottom

@EvanTreasurer Fair call , im not big on Super League I reckon the standard is piss poor , seems like a good fella Peters been plying his trade for a while be interesting when someone gives him the keys

@kid11y Madge won SL has gone into multiple titles in NRL. Robbo started in SL won multiple titles in NRL.

@kid11y I didn’t say that but he coaches the way they defend whether that’s slide, jam etc. If it was just Mark I would say it’s not a coaching issue but it’s not just him.

@EvanTreasurer No coach on the planet tells blokes to take neither a player or the ball or tackle with their fingers cmon now , no drama with wanting a new coach etc but to suggest thats exactly what he wants from outside backs gee whiz

@kid11y Dom was doing same thing lol. Robbo is very detailed coach everything players do is his instructions good and bad. There is no trust and connection

@EvanTreasurer Marks never been good in D , some coaching yes , footy IQ is dangerously low , Im sure a fair few of his tries leaked and missed tackles over two years nobody is sitting in the box saying yes Mark thats exactly what we want from ya

@kid11y I would have been happy with Holbrook and Robbo to move upstairs. You go internally and go for Boyd Cordner but it’s same matey voice and comfort zone we are in just now

@EvanTreasurer Didnt a Willie Peters team just get embarrassed by 50. If we are gunna change for changes sake id look right outside the square or not follow the pack with Peters, Demetriou etc Maybe the change to Holbrook shoulda been the way to go ??

@EvanTreasurer Outside of Whyte our forwards aren’t even close to competing with these sides to many plodders and to many blokes who play 1 decent game every 6 weeks

@kid11y Mark is doing same thing we all saw Dom Young do in D that’s coaching. Personally I think a new voice is needed it looks stale now and you can’t constantly get beat same way by Riff and Storm. Willie peters I would like he has hard edge

@EvanTreasurer Attacks to sideways imo but in recent years injuries and continuity have been huge issue for the club. If you punt the coach who comes in ?I do think we have struggled to adapt to new rules etc wether that’s stubborn or arrogant but not many players get a pass for effort tonight

@kid11y Attack was good under Holbrook 2 yrs ago we were leading point scorers.It’s the D it’s soft and loose we don’t win tackle and as soon as team gets on a roll we collapse.He hasn’t adapted to new rules you have to hold the ball leading to 6 again fatigue

@kid11y Do you think Roosters are well coached? Same things have been happening for too long now for it not to be,whether that is defensive structure or handling, lack of accountability comes back to Robbo

Mark has to trust Bobby more, besides Crichton he is best defensive centre in game. Teddy best player on field when game was on the line. Sammy much better today mixed his game up much better balance between running and passing. Good signs

Well done AJ. Roosters we now have a game manager to compliment Sammy. Best team/squad in comp just got to not beat ourselves and rest will take care off itself.
