The more vertical bat from a year ago is still apparent as is him standing more upright. Then we have today. Sánchez got ahead in the count 3-0 thanks to not chasing and trying to force the issue. He gets the green light because he has prodigious power and proceeds to detonate on 96 at the very bottom of the zone from Morales. This was not a cookie right down the middle. This was a good pitch. It didn't matter. Sky's the limit for this guy as he enters his athletic prime at 28 years old.
