Decided to hop on the mound for the first time since the fall of 2021 (topped 90 after 2nd back surgery) for s&g’s after @BlakeneyEthan pen Wasn’t expecting to break 80 but hit 88 on my second pitch 4 lower half surgery’s , 170 lbs at 6’2, currently move like a grandpa and my hips and lower back is a mess but I think it would be a fun side-quest to sit mid 90s again while coaching Pitching twitter chime in
