An honour to speak to critical care nurses. We need to listen to them too. Poor pay, arriving 1hr early to find somewhere to park, & pay for, too busy to drink & eat leading to fatigue, dehydration & UTIs, coping mechanisms taken away by COVID, poor sleep yet still they turn up x
