RECIPE THREAD: Now for the easiest banana ice-cream recipe ever. If you’ve noticed your bananas are getting too ripe (or if like us you realise you’re going away and won’t eat them up in time), here’s a quick fix to make sure you #repurposeyoursurplus

1. Peel and chop your bananas into slim slices 2. Lay out in a single sheet on parchment paper (or tupperware lids if your short of freezer space…)
