@Furmadamadam Thanks for stimulating this fascinating discussion. The failure here is giving & receiving feedback is a skill. One not taught & should be. Unlike public speaking, it's a skill architects benefit from in all parts of life. Teaching it isn't waste. Crits wld be better off for it
