No se considera detención, de hecho no es necesario la intervención de abogado ni se comunica a la autoridad judicial, se hace a los solos efectos de identificación y cuando se marcha se le entrega un documento de que ha sido trasladado para identificación.

Entre el “arresto/detención” y la “identificación en dependencias policiales” hay un mundo. Lo mismo que si le denuncian por violacion y no hay falta de consentimiento sino arrepentimiento posterior de la moza. Son pequeños detalles que esconden las “tecnicalidades”. Imaginad que un hombre asesina a su hijo porque un juez entrega la custodia a la madre. Llevaríamos días escuchando palabras como monstruo, patriarcado, violencia estructural y terrorismo machista.
Ahora escuchad atentamente cuando el caso es el contrario: Una mujer mata con barbitúricos a su hija de seis años porque la custodia iba a ser para el padre. En este caso los términos son “suicidio ampliado” y “homicidio por compasión”.
El crimen se maquilla lingüísticamente hasta convertirlo casi en una tragedia romántica. Porque hoy no importa lo que ocurre. Importa quién encaja mejor en el relato oficial.
