So, update on this. Kai from @Fanatics @EvertonDirect in the 90+8!!! Kai called me and provided some elite level customer service. Not only was I given a partial refund, but the shirt has been replaced, and he has sent me the warm up jacket to match and our home shirt! 💙

@CastoreEngland are a disgrace ordered two @Everton tops from @EvertonDirect and both turned up with horrendous quality flaws. One has a seam that clearly hasn’t been stitched and the other has a tear in the hem. They want to be premium sportswear but primark is better quality

I got them on a discount offer but @CastoreEngland charge £80 for these tops. It’s a disgrace. We deserve better than being ripped off by overpriced, low quality merchandise. @evertondirect I expect an exchange arranged with no cost or inconvenience to myself.
