@EvertonDirect I bought a kids away shirt as a Xmas gift from the stadium shop yesterday and asked for it to be printed with Dibling and his squad number. Took it out of bag today and staff have printed 22 instead of 20. I live an hours drive away. How can I get this fixed?

@CastoreEngland are a disgrace ordered two @Everton tops from @EvertonDirect and both turned up with horrendous quality flaws. One has a seam that clearly hasn’t been stitched and the other has a tear in the hem. They want to be premium sportswear but primark is better quality

I got them on a discount offer but @CastoreEngland charge £80 for these tops. It’s a disgrace. We deserve better than being ripped off by overpriced, low quality merchandise. @evertondirect I expect an exchange arranged with no cost or inconvenience to myself.
