With the cold weather here, we highlight the vulnerabilities our homeless youth face during the winter season. Our Steppingstone programs in St. Louis & KC offer stable housing for homeless teens while teaching life-changing skills so they can be successfully independent.

Our historic St. Louis campus used to be a working farm that sold produce and bread. The 100+ year old ovens now make a focal point for the altar in our chapel.

Hope inspires joy. And joy is the answer when difficult times call. #hopequote

Through our diverse programs, we strive to strengthen families and give them tools to reach their full potential and lead healthy, productive, and self-sufficient lives.

As we look back at 2024, we are thankful for our team and thoughtful donors who made this a memorable year. From the grand opening of the William N. Dill Center, golf tournament, and adding a barbershop on campus, we are excited to continue our mission into 2025!

This is the historic infirmary, built in the 1800s as a place for children to go for healing when they were ill. It became ECH's first-ever facility for mental health treatment in the 1980s.

Congratulations to Debora Lake, Steppingstone Life Skills Coordinator, who celebrated her retirement after 40 years at ECH! Thank you for your dedication to bringing #hope and healing across Missouri.
