Details on what's going on: > Our original goal was an 8-hour run - we wanted to run nonstop and fully autonomous. Since then, we made the decision to keep the party going. We’re now over 48 hours of nonstop autonomous operation without a failure to perform the use case. This is uncharted territory > The task is small package sorting. F.03 detects the barcode, picks up the package, and reorients it barcode face-down onto the conveyor > Humans average around 3 seconds per package. F.03 is now around human parity. The robots are reasoning directly from camera pixels in the robot head > The robots are fully autonomous running Helix-02, our in-house neural network running entirely onboard F.03. There is no teleoperation - every action comes directly from Helix-02 > If the robot gets stuck or the AI policy goes out of distribution, Helix triggers an automatic reset. You’ll occasionally see this happen during the livestream > YouTube commenters started naming the robots Bob, Frank, Rose, and Gary this week, so we added name tags to each robot > If a robot has a software or hardware issue, it autonomously leaves for maintenance and another robot takes over. We run our labs at Figure this way to maximize uptime. We haven’t had a failure yet, but statistically we probably will at some point We are now running this until a failure to perform the use case!

If Claude Code keeps being slow like this while I pay $200/mo (and they don't let me pay more) They will essentially force me to leave to Codex and I don't want to But it's soooooo slooooooooooooowwwww

Excited to share that I recently joined @OpenAI 🚀 First, I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing @omni team. It was an honor to be in the trenches with y’all and I’m excited to keep cheering the team on for all that’s ahead. I’m joining OpenAI to help lead their forward deployed engineering teams. The world is rapidly changing as frontier models continue to improve at an accelerating rate and I wanted to have a front-row seat to the action. It’s very exciting to be reunited with so many friends from Columbia, Palantir, and Explo, now as coworkers (again). There is so much to do, there is so much demand, but there are not enough people. A day in the life of an OAI FDE might include: 1️⃣ Embedding deeply with customers and shipping outcomes 2️⃣ Contributing customer learnings back to product 3️⃣ Building evals from the field and partnering with research to improve our models If this sounds exciting to you, please DM or email me! (we are also aggressively hiring for other roles across the entire organization!)

According to @tryramp, @AnthropicAI just overtook OpenAI in business customers (34.4% vs 32.3% this week). In the Text Arena, that flip happened in Q4 2025. Real-world signal led enterprise adoption by ~6 months. But the picture shifts fast: Codex crossed 3M+ weekly developers in April, up 5x since January (per @OpenAI). Coding agents are their own contest. More from Arena shortly.

US vs China update. Stanford's AI Index put the US–China gap at 2.7%. Here's what two years of real-world use from the Text Arena shows. Gap three years ago: +278. Today: +29. @AnthropicAI's Claude Opus 4.6 Thinking vs. Baidu's @ErnieforDevs Ernie 5.1 at the top. The US has never lost #1, but the race keeps closing.

Holy: Anthropic just overtook OpenAI in business adoption for the first time. According to new Ramp AI Index data, 34.4% of businesses now use Anthropic, compared to 32.3% using OpenAI. The more interesting part: Anthropic’s adoption quadrupled (!) over the last year. OpenAI’s grew by just 0.3%.

This is surprising to me, first - GPT 5.5 is a better model than Opus 4.7, and second - the granular enterprise controls you get in OpenAI is way better than the virtually non-existent administrative controls over at Anthropic.
Andrew Curran@AndrewCurran_

According to the new data from Ramp, Anthropic has passed OpenAI in business adoption for the first time. 'Adoption of Anthropic rose 3.8% in April to 34.4% of businesses. OpenAl adoption fell 2.9% to 32.3%. Overall Al adoption rose 0.2 percentage points to 50.6%.'
