Same Nazi Germany which already started WW2 and was preparing to invade France.

@Sokosti @NiiranenTimo @EvilJanusz @markomihkelson Once, again, you are looking to justify Finland's collaboration with Nazi Germany. The Finish-Soviet war wasn't the cause for Finland to be on the same page with the most evil of the 20th century - Hitler's Nazi Germany. Don't justify #warcrimes.

Most modern countries provide "free education" to the population just because it is investment in future taxpayers.

Being born in USSR myself and knowing a bit of history I would never understand anybody who has any inclination to picture the Third Reich or USSR in somewhat positive way.

@EvilJanusz @markomihkelson They were not friends. They had a pack of not attacking each other. It was Stalin's idea to postpone the war. The Western Europe had many packs with Nazi Germany. Again, The Soviet football uniform has no ties to Nazi Germany at all.

@markomihkelson Marko, do you have any working brain cells left? Those are football t-shirts of USSR national football team. Many Ukrainians like Blokhin, the legendary coach Lobanovsky wore such uniform. USSR UEFA European Champions 1960, 2nd place: 1964, 1972, 1988

The city of Wrocław has a pretty nice historical affiliations timeline with one fatal flaw: it was never part of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Not even a Jagiellon king ruled over it. It only belonged to Poland while it was separated from Lithuania.

Meanwhile, in this area of 4 million people, children were dying of lead poisoning well into the 1980s. There's literally a Netflix show about it you can watch (Lead Children).

There was nothing environmentally friendly about communist regimes. Sterilised rivers, landscapes drowned in smog, acidic rain, cities covered in coal dust, nuclear disasters, communism sucked for the environment.
