I am still healing. I am still in therapy and probably will be for the next few years. If you've struggled with long term mental distress I urge you to find private therapy on income-based rates. Even it means giving up drinking & takeaways to afford it Invest in YOURSELF.

If you're struggling right now, DON'T GIVE UP. Things are never black and white. It took 29 years of distress, many suicide attempts and finding a private not-for-profit organisation that offered psychotherapy at a reduced rate for me to properly start the process of healing.

Turns out: after all the psychiatric evaluations, abuse & gaslighting from relatives & medical professionals, the destabilizing emotional breakdowns, the suicide attempts, the loss of almost every friendship... All I needed was psychotherapy; someone to ~really listen to me.

My brother in law has designed this coat for TH and I'm so fucking proud of him.

I thought I needed friends to make me happy but all I really* need is a full time job and like 3-4 different types of therapy. *not really. Being isolated from people for years really sucks. Having a job I hate sucks. I am still not okay.
