In later life i want to be able to: - Walk up the stairs - Get of the toilet - Get around unassisted Being in your 60s/70s isn't an excuse not to excersise, if anything it's only more a reason to excersise! The work you put in today, will serve you in 10 years time!

The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen. What's going to positively impact your life more? An extra episode of TV? Or going for a 20 minute walk? A small amount of work can make a HUGE diffrence!

If your off the rails now, think how much worse it will be in 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year..... There is no perfect time to start somthing new. Make a small change today, and that will make a massive difference down the line.

If your dog was overweight, the vet would tell you to cut down the food and take it on more walks. The fitness industry overcomplicates it to make money. Having a cup of green tea and a table spoon of white wine vinager isn't going to make you loose weight.

What people think core training is: -Endless amounts of sit ups -Russian Twists -Side Bends What people don't realise what core training actually is: -Squats -Deadlifts -Overhead Press -Or any other compound lift performed with the correct technique.
