@RichardSmeeton @jiscmi It would appear that it might be so. Many schools and colleges were also affected. All services have been moved to new infrastructure and appear to be up again now 🤞

@Evoke_Telecom Was this a knock on after the UPS failure at Equinix IBX LD8, in Docklands, London? Some customers with resilience have lost A and B nodes. The outage also affected JANET network services with regular updates via @jiscmi

OUTAGE UPDATE - and it is GOOD NEWS 😁 Following on from the incident yesterday we can see that all services are now restored. All customers are now fed from the new infrastructure and at full redundancy. If you are still having issues with your service please let us know
