@Evol2018 @Evol_mtg Is there a way for authors to download their recording?

The website will be maintained for a year after the Montpellier meeting and will be closed next summer (August 2019), so please check the presentations that you missed before that date. #evol2018

Some authors may have given their consent about their talk being recorded but not about it being posted on the website; if you have second thoughts about it or are confused, contact <scientific-evolution@europa-organisation.com> #evol2018

Only the presentations of authors having given their written consent are online. Presentations can be accessed through the online program, where a button should appear next to the presenting author's name when the presentation is available. #evol2018

@jakeberv Your picture also need to be inserted next to the slide show. From the samples that we saw, we are confident that the result will be of very good quality and faithful to what happened during the conference but it will take time to process the about 800 presentations... #evol2018

@jakeberv The posted presentations will show the slide show exactly as you presented it with the recorded sound of your voice; it still requires some technical work to ensure that the two recordings (the sound and the slide show) start at the same time 1/2 #evol2018

Making the talks presented at @evol2018 available online will take some time because the sound has to be synchronized with the slides for every recorded talk. Stay tuned, the webpage will be announced here when ready.

@jakeberv If you didn't consent, your talk won't be put online. Don't worry.
