A truly special Christmas event marking important anniversaries for two masters of the Renaissance: the 500th birth of Palestrina and the 400th death of Gibbons (who was baptised on Christmas Day 1583).

We're looking forward to being part of this year's Young Composers Award at @yorkearlymusic on Thursday 16 May. The highlight of the event is meeting the 8 talented shortlisted young composers as we workshop their pieces together.
