@HughFW @marksandspencer We go every week to an abandoned orchard on the nearby hill to get local, plastic free apples. We've been doing it each year since we started with the shop. Part of the apples will become a juice other will get cheaply sold or be given for free. People love it that way.

It’s the height of the British apple season and without doubt one of the best harvests in years. So why does the @marksandspencer food concession in Bristol Temple Meads station only sell apples from New Zealand and South Africa?

@MartinSLewis Do we know anything at all what help the Gov is planning to organise for businesses? In my small place I went from about 17p/unit to 33p/unit amd only a few days ago it changed again and now it's 77p/unit. The 33p felt steep but now it feels worrying.

@evmanuk The sad (or maybe not for all) is that I'll be paying from 9th of September 69p /kWh for my charging in the back of my small business... After all it's a bit cheaper to drive electric, still... But just... Not doing any quick set off the lights. Racing boy mode now is being muted
