Developer who posts about what they’re building, gets a DM from a CTO, lands a contract. Developer who only posts motivational content gets likes from other developers who also need jobs. The content you put out signals what you’re worth to the people with money to spend. Build in public. Show the work, not the wisdom.

@TosinOlugbenga Cloning the UI or features is easy now. What’s still hard is distribution, iteration speed, community, trust, execution, and actually keeping users long term.
