I’ve been waiting for a background check for an excessively long time (a month), and the (ETA) has changed twice. Truly astonishing to me! I’ve encountered numerous issues with this process over the years. Mainly, as a summer coach we must pay to get USA basketball certification, followed by a background check. Then pay to set up a bbcs profile. However, my main poimt is that this requirement is only applicable to Live Period events, which occur 3X a summer. Despite this, a HS coach can coach his team, the same players and same coach’s attend twice during the June Live Period without needing the same certification. It seems illogical and contradictory. 👨🏽‍💼

@CSmithBball No game should be played this way. Just bad and a lot of times this is how players get injured just jacking around in the gym. Disrespectful to the game. There are people who support this and consider it acceptable entertainment. Unreal
