@GTBAGF @EdKrassen You are right and wrong at the same time. Wrong: the picture you listed is a semi-submerged drug running boat that stays subsurface and doesn’t travel at depth. Right: the cartels are utilizing fully submersible submarines that hold depth, but we only have two examples of this.

BREAKING: Trump just claimed that the US military struck a drug-carrying submarine in the Caribbean, in which there were 2 survivors. Civilians don't own submarines. Trump is either ignorant (and referring to a semi-submersible boat) or he attacked a military vessel from another country, claiming they are carrying drugs.
