@dykestkyoko @mango21_1 @Forsaken_News @Exediouss @Enoderen the song is a super old jeff the killer chase theme that they used as a placeholder for sixer's chase theme in development before monstrous mirage was done. they're reusing it now for old sixer cuz of that, so that's how they guessed it.

@redseas07 only time im gonna reply to one of these cause you're actually taking the time to read the reasons lol i dont control the skins, that's an entirely different lead. also, i feel like people hyperfixate on me saying "storydriven" too much, i just meant that it DOES have a story

i totally get not every skin getting its own theme but most of these points fall flat. 1. fair point, however this couldve been avoided by not making so many skins this early on 2. then whats the point of skins if they "dont fit the killer"? why would you care about that if youre actively adding things to further change the character's visual if you dont want that for the music. its illogical. 3. my first argument also works here, WHY are there so many skins? being 100% honest here, skins dont matter as much as you think. sure they keep the players engaged, and your favorite character getting a new skin is really cool, but you guys genuinely have the amount of skins id expect from a game at the end of its lifetime. prioritizing ACTUAL new content is always gonna be better, because it actively changes gameplay 4. im gonna be so honest rn that does not matter at all, you can easily just separate "The Album" into different volumes. not only does it build up hype and is a good marketing technique, but it also doesnt make the album come out with like 70 songs 5. same argument i made for 3 6. this wouldnt be an issue if you didnt add so many skins so early 7. fair point this is my own opinion over these aspects, and im open to change my mind on any of this. however, most of the issue here was because of bad decisions early on, which the devs are now seeing why they were bad. having this amount of skins so early on is genuinely detrimental to the game's longevity, i personally think the main issue is skin count rather than "ost bloat". on another hand, i believe that it is realistically impossible (or at least it certainly looks like it) to fix this issue from the stem. from now on its very likely that the next few characters that drop will have considerably less skins than the older ones, which would be fine but the disparity is going to be concerning. the other possibility i see happening is they trying to keep up with the amount of skins, which honestly will likely delay the release of new characters, and will also probably hinder the quality of the game in general. the game is already suffering an extreme identity crisis, and it really hurts me to see how horribly it was managed so far. either way, i wish the best of luck to the developers that work their body and mind off to provide the best content they can to the community, and i hope this can somehow be resolved.
