Further to when we reported the flooded Alphington subway last week, we have today been told by Devon Highways that the pump is back on site this morning so the subway is hopefully usable for people travelling between Alphington and St Thomas #Exeter #ActiveTravel

Apparently the pump isn't there today, maybe our misunderstanding but it seemed it was being arranged today. There is once again no safe pedestrian or cycling route between St Thomas and Alphington
