Congratulations to Jack Fitzwater, who has been named as @OfficialECFC's @PFA Community Champion for the 2025/26 season. Through his support of the Royal Devon University Healthcare @NHS Foundation Trust and the @UniofExeter's ‘Know Your Sh*t’ campaign, Jack has gone above and beyond in showing the impact of football in the community by raising awareness of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, which affect 1 in 100 people in the UK. At a club that puts the community at the heart of all that it does, Jack has represented himself and the club superbly through this initiative and is hugely deserving of this year's award.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our Big Sleep Out at St James Park - braving the cold on the Big Bank to stand in solidarity with people facing homelessness in Exeter. Thanks to your incredible efforts, more than £5,500 has been raised for our Supported Housing programme - helping people rebuild their lives, maintain tenancies and move towards independence. With 51 people recorded as sleeping rough in Exeter last year – the highest figure on record – the need for support has never been greater. 👏 To everyone who took part, donated or supported from afar - you’ve made a real difference. Our Girls' Development Pathway team are arranging a series of open sessions across the remainder of the season to provide opportunities for young players to come and showcase and develop their talent. Another hugely positive milestone for the King George V Playing Fields Project. We are delighted to receive this contribution from Exeter City Council, who we have worked closely with to develop a plan for this project. Alongside the funding from the Football Foundation, and support from Fields in Trust, this significant contribution means the project is a reality. Our thanks to all who have supported this work, and we look forward to sharing further updates on this collaborative programme, which seeks to achieve positive outcomes for city residents and the local community.
