This report shows the huge amount of work which has taken place, including the expansion of TSO to include our Research Software & Analytics and South West Secure Data Environment colleagues which provides us with further opportunities and reach across the institution and the UK

It was an excellent day celebrating the skills and passions of our phenomenal technical staff! We can't wait to do it again next year!

Workshops held in the afternoon focused on building confidence, getting professionally registered, and using social media to promote their work. Members of TS&O were also invited to take part in a number of flash talks, focused around sharing best practice from across the service

In June, we celebrated our Technician Conference focused on the theme of #Visibility. The day started with an introduction from Mike Shore-Nye, Registrar & Secretary with the presentation of our #TechnicianAwards.

Volunteers from across our service conducted #outreach with Exeter Cathedral School as part of #BritishScienceWeek on 14 March. Following the theme of Change & Adapt, colleagues gave children the opportunity to get hands on to learn about how technicians deliver science!👩‍🔬
