Philosophical exploration of human existence as therapy. Supports the World Confederation for Existential Therapy founded in London in 2015.

For my final day recording my new book BEGINNING TO LIVE: the art of existential freedom, I worked with Roy McMillan, who is the top man at the Penguin Press audio recording studio. Very chuffed. Learnt a lot.

🚨: Quantum physics reveals reality may respond to focus and observation your thoughts could be shaping more than you realize!

William Shakespeare, The Tempest

Alaska’s night sky turned into something unreal last night✨🌌 Nature itself painted this moment as the aurora borealis twisted into what looks like glowing angel wings, flowing and reshaping in real time above the forest. Not a painting. Not CGI. Just charged particles colliding with Earth’s atmosphere, creating pure, fleeting magic.

🚨 Is Our Universe Just a Hologram? What if everything you see, touch, and feel—the stars, planets, even your own body—isn’t truly “real” in the way you think? Imagine a universe where all of reality is actually encoded on a distant cosmic surface, like a giant hologram projecting the 3-D world around you. This idea isn’t science fiction—it’s called the Holographic Universe Theory, and it comes from some of the most cutting-edge research in physics. Scientists discovered that black holes store information not in their volume, but on their surface. This led to a shocking possibility: maybe all of space works the same way, and the universe we live in is just a projection of hidden information. Mathematical breakthroughs even suggest that gravity, space, and time might all emerge from pure information, meaning reality itself could be more like a cosmic code than matter. Every star, galaxy, and even the fabric of space might be part of a grand holographic design. The question is… if our universe is a hologram, what does that mean for us? Are we simply part of a projection, or is there a deeper layer of reality waiting to be “awakened”? The universe may be far stranger—and far more mysterious—than we ever imagined. And the truth… might be hiding right in front of our eyes.

“Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt.” ~John Muir

Be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. — Max Ehrmann

“Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less.” ― Marie Curie

"Here lies the paradox of solitude. Look long and hard enough at yourself in isolation and suddenly you will see the rest of humanity staring back. Sustained aloneness brings you to a tipping point where the pendulum of life returns you to others." Gorgeous read: themarginalian.org/2026/03/21/the…

“Learning is the only thing the mind never exhausts, never fears, and never regrets.” — Leonardo da Vinci, The Notebooks

🌌 The Universe May Be More Connected Than You Think… Imagine two particles, separated by miles, reacting to each other instantly, as if distance doesn’t exist. Scientists call this quantum entanglement, and it’s been confirmed in real-time experiments. The spooky part? No signal travels between them—they are mysteriously linked, like two parts of a hidden whole. Could this mean that the separateness we feel is just an illusion? Ancient teachings from Hermetic philosophy and Vedic wisdom have suggested something similar for centuries. Modern physics might be hinting that our universe is more interconnected than we ever imagined. The truth is stranger than fiction—and it’s happening right now, at the tiniest scale of reality.
