@kiryussideburns While Y1 is not perfectly written by any means they really didn't do any favors by giving her 7 minutes of screentime across the whole series 4 of which are awkward flashbacks to an "earnest" Kiryu. There was no push and pull to the relationship like with Kaoru

yumi was cool and i know i used to have a harsher opinion but i mostly just dislike how there was basically zero chemistry shown between her + kiryu. i need a real reason to like 2 characters together. she had bad bitch potential but was struck by the curse of being an rgg woman
