🤩 Serious congrats to Exodus for for launching your Virtual Crypto Mastercard for the United States about 15min ago. To have it also on Apple Pay is huge. Now we understand why big bank have be fuming about their inability to tap into that revenue stream! So it begins!!

I also had the issue! Apparently it's a glitch in your wallet that can be corrected, report this to [ is.gd/Support_Phantom ]. Mine was fixed shortly after writing to them.

@exodus How come I have ETH in my wallet but the wallet keeps telling me I need to deposit ETH to swap or send??????????????

The most important part of Exodus security: we don't hold your money. With most financial apps, security means the company protecting your account. Banks secure their servers. Exchanges secure their custody systems. Exodus works differently. When you create an Exodus Wallet, your private keys are generated directly on your device. Encrypted and stored locally. They never reach Exodus servers. We can't access them. That means Exodus can't move your funds, freeze your wallet, or touch your assets. Control stays with you, because the keys stay with you. Your wallet is also protected by a recovery phrase, a set of words that acts as the master key. Lose your device? Your recovery phrase restores your wallet and reconnects it to your addresses on the blockchain. Your assets remain exactly where they were. Your wallet is also portable. The recovery phrase follows industry-standard formats, which means it can restore your wallet in other compatible apps too. Your access is never tied to a single application. If you're managing larger amounts, Exodus also connects with hardware wallets like Trezor and Ledger. Your keys stay offline, separate from any internet-connected device. An extra layer, if you want it. Exodus doesn't ask you to trust us with your money. It's built so you never have to. That's self-custody.

People rarely think about where their money actually lives. Until they can’t access it... Self-custody changes that. No one can close your wallet or block your transaction. Your keys = your money.

@ExodusAssist @Exodus_Support I have a critical sync issue with my Exodus Card. My transaction history shows successful refunds (+135.94 USDC etc. on March 19th), but my Total Credit Balance is still 0. I’ve already contacted support via email. Can you please escalate this?
