In a time of fear, anger, and uncertainty, Minnesota continues to prove its resistance and resilience. As individuals and organizations, we continue to find ways to stand in solidarity and action to care for and protect our neighbors.

We were formed by a community pushing back against systemic exclusion from financial security and comfort. The murder of Renee Good and the violent, disruptive presence of 2,000 ICE agents show us that the same unjust systems and institutions remain a destabilizing force.

Exodus Lending knows that loan stacking is not a reflection of personal failure or poor money management. It is an exploitative financial system that profits by nickel-and-diming people who already do not have enough! And THAT'S why we seek stronger protections and solutions.

Payday loan app users often end up borrowing from multiple lending apps at once, taking out different amounts with different repayment schedules for each new EWA loan - all borrowed against the same paycheck. This phenomenon is called loan stacking or piggybacking.
