This opinion is the same as "it's not my money, who cares how much we spend on players?" if you want the best for Chelsea, you should care. Our club is being taken advantage of, and there are "fans" asking "who cares?" Chelsea doesn't need enemies when it has its "fans".
Vince™@Blue_Footy

At times, this fanbase confuses me. We complain about the most irrelevant things. Kinetic or not, UEFA pro license or not in the academy, who cares? We should be more interested in the state of the academy, their performances, and whether they are good enough. If you follow the academy this season and watch how good they have become, winning the U18 and U21 leagues, and yet still complain about the coaches' qualifications, then you are missing the bigger picture. Who cares about pro licenses in the academy, and the rules didn't make it mandatory in the academy, so what's the problem? As well, if Calum McFarlane, without a pro license, is the best we can use as an interim to finish the season as the rules allow, what's the problem? Is a certificate more important than actual knowledge? Not everyone with the biggest certificate knows what they're doing. I don't think there is any problem with Calum McFarlane or Kinetic, or whatever it's called. Cesc Fabregas started coaching Como without a pro license; it didn't stop him from being successful. We should be more interested in performance more than anything else. That's what matters, not a piece of paper. Let's not make it difficult for the man. He needs our support.

@Advitiya2907 Yes I do, and I don't see an improvement compared to the past. "trophies" don't matter at youth level - we need to develop players by giving them senior exposure. In the modern day, it happens earlier than before. Just look at how we've wasted 2 years of Acheampong's growth.

Nothing more irritating than an armchair executive calling someone who has put in the work to get to where he is unqualified because he doesn’t agree with the appointment. What moral, academical or professional grounds do you have to even speak on McFarlane, because he doesn’t tick your fancy imaginary boxes? You’re throwing around words like “unqualified” and “looted” as if you’ve sat in a single coaching session, reviewed a training plan, or even understand what goes on beyond 90 minutes on a screen. What exactly are your credentials here, vibes and frustration? It’s always funny how people who’ve never managed anything more complex than their WhatsApp group chat suddenly become experts on coaching qualifications and internal club affairs. You don’t know the hiring process, you don’t know the evaluation metrics, and you definitely don’t know why decisions are made but you’ve confidently concluded it’s all corruption and friendship FC. Imagine the arrogance.
ExpectedChelsea@ExpectedChelsea

The mere presence of McFarlane is a reflection of how much this club has been looted. Our "head coach" is unqualified to coach, but he's leading us because he's our director's friend. We've spent over 200m on players from the same director's family agency. What is going on?

Chelsea currently are viewed across the industry as a quick way to make money, boost your CV and manipulate your way to success. Shields, McFarlane, Hogan and Hudson are examples of this. They're taking advantage of the club we love. No amounts of PR or briefs will change this.

@ExpectedChelsea Well you have interpreted it your way despite having no evidence to support it. I have given you what he and his agent actually said! As I said you are basically calling him a liar. I have no reason to believe he is

@thechelskikid It was a volatile time, do you really expect him to come out and be even more obvious? He would've gotten burned! I don't know if you remember - Conte actually started the 2018 pre-season as our manager. It was a mess, Thibaut wanted no part of it. theguardian.com/football/2018/…

@ExpectedChelsea 'I am sure the board will do what needs to be done'. At no stage has he EVER said he left because the club lacked ambition. He has repeatedly said he was very happy here and left for family reasons. Unless you are calling him a liar?

@thechelskikid "Asked if Chelsea need a big summer to add players in order to challenge for the title, Courtois said: 'Yeah, I think so. I think especially if you see how City and United are spending and working.'" Guess what our summer was like?

@ExpectedChelsea Nothing in that interview says anything about the club lacking ambition or wanting to leave. You are simply reading into it what you want to believe.

@Advitiya2907 @TheScore01 Players are younger on average now. 19 year olds were playing academy football during Reece's time, they play first-team football now. Players get promoted to higher age groups earlier. Youth football is a LOT different. If you liked Chelsea - you'd be against Kinetic.

No matter how pissed off I am with things at the club, I’m still gonna support my team & interim coach. This conspiracy about Kinetic is laughable, people should hear themselves. Don’t say you love Chelsea then not support the team or interim coach. It’s embarrassing.

@Advitiya2907 @TheScore01 Instead of letting players go on loan like Reece and Levi, we're forcing them to play PL2 so that these Kinetic wannabes can scam a few trophies. Harrison Murray-Campbell, Antwi, Shim, etc should be playing senior football. If you like Chelsea, it's obvious.

@Advitiya2907 @TheScore01 In what way? By playing 20m signings against a bunch of 16 year olds and beating them up to scam a few trophies? Oh, that would align PERFECTLY with Kinetic's playbook. x.com/LESGROSSMANCFC…

Any answers @CalumMcfarlane1 Because I just think it’s funny that your corrupt lot have not only steamed through the pro ranks with no badges But also used to statpad success in the sunday league/county ranks. You and Harry Hudson fraudulently rising the ranks through corruption

@ExpectedChelsea The 2008 squad hated Avram Grant but still had a go. Almost won the CL if not for JT's slip. They still got Grant fired after the season. There are ways to go about things. You speak of Courtois like it wasn't obvious he would move to Madrid regardless of what happened

I'm actually not surprised by how Enzo has acted in the past few months. This is a player who has been exposed to an extremely high level of coaches - Poch, Scaloni, Schmidt, Maresca, Gallardo, you name it. You can't expect him to take Rosenior seriously.

Poch might not have won much, but he's one of the pioneers of modern-day player development. If you play under Poch and don't improve, it says more about you as a player than him. His team set-ups are debatable, but not many can chat to him when it comes to improving players.

It's hard to remember now, but Courtois at Chelsea wasn't the Courtois of today. He was still very good, but not quite legendary. Same level as Enzo today, I'd say. A lot of "winning" players raise their levels in environments where they believe they can win.
