My flight and hotel booking was not clearly explained — the tickets didn’t include checked baggage, and we had to pay £150 extra at the airport.
This is unacceptable and shows poor communication and customer care.

Such a poor experience, after booking a room with a description of 2 single beds, was told I needed to pay an extra €15 per night as the hotel didn't do that format as described on Expedia's website. Agent online lied to me on many occasions
