Disgusted by the service at the San Carlos, CA location. Staff threatened us with eviction and disabled our room access while a manager’s resolution was pending. Sent emails to preserve the security footage, but got zero response. Case needs to be escalated @ExtendedStay

@ExtendedStay your staff gets off on kicking people who just paid for 3 nights outside with their service animal in a 100 degree heat. She also called the police even though I was leaving. Yet another company that doesn’t give a shit about the customer
