They already changed it in my first servicing and now in 3 months they say again it needs to be changed , it is compulsory

I lost a considerable amount of money in my last illness back in 2025. It is more than 3 lacs.
3 things you should do right now is:
1. Get a medical insurance.
2. Start walking 10k steps
Or
Start lifting weights at gym. ( OR BOTH)
3. Choose healthy food. Avoid alcoholic drinks and any addiction.
If you don't do it now, it might cost you your fortune and god forbid my words- your life.
I WAS ALMOST GONE AND MEDICAL TREATMENT AND MIRACLE BROUGHT ME BACK FROM COMA LIKE SITUATION.
