ehhhhh Diaz was the best player on the pitch and played at a level I've never seen from him. Out of everyone else, he had the least support from his teammates, created the most positive situations out of structure, and was a threat and progressive machine

Diaz isn’t better than before but he looks better at Bayern because his endless running has Olise, Kimmich, Kane passing quality to hit him earlier in the open spaces. He is better like this than when he is locked to the touch-line. Last season: 1. This role was rightly designated for Salah and 2. Liverpool only had Trent to do this to a world class level. The fit for Diaz with the other players at Bayern has been spot on perfect.
