@EyeglassWorld OK you guys really do need to get real doctors in your stores and make things right with people that you have taken advantage of and you won’t help them once they found someone that will correct it do the right thing!!

@EyeglassWorld you need to pay the doctors to come work in your stores and not do virtual doctors. It’s kind of hard to figure out a prescription for someone if you’re doing that.!!

@EyeglassWorld I called Eyeglass world in fort myers,Fl to find out how much the best digital progressive lens would cost if I have the frames. The Rep said "we don't have the lens it talk two weeks or more to get them" on the price question he said" $350.00" Really bad ad

@EyeglassWorld my glasses are cracked. I got them at lenscrafters and they have to send them off for new lenses but I cannot see without them. You do in house lenses without buying frames? With my insurance being vsp

Good morning/afternoon. I'm very flustered over my glasses @EyeglassWorld. I went in paid over 300 for my glasses, then had to bay another 119, and they are still messed up. I can not see out of my right eye everything is blurry and your staff is giving me the run around. This needs to be fixed now!!!

@EyeglassWorld is absolutely TERRIBLE. Just had to pay for an eye exam from someone who shouldn't even be practicing, and if they don't have your brand of contacts in stock...tough shit...they put whatever they want on the RX so you have to buy what they say. Never. Again.

@EyeglassWorld He called today and they still aren't ready, and cannot give him a timeframe for when they will be. We leave for Florida early Thursday and expected his prescription sunglasses and glasses to be ready.

@EyeglassWorld my husband went in to get glasses Friday, expecting to get them the same day, as advertised. It was the only reason we went there. He had an eye exam, selected glasses and then was told it would be 7-10 business days. His appointment was at 3, store closed at 7.
