@rogesterone It's a perspective; in the kernel is like a test, intended for a handful of users. I fell for that, formatted my disks in NTFS, and soon discovered that I couldn't properly fix the errors on them and that I would either need a version of Paragon or boot Windows.

@Eyuphuro possibly, but having the code there in the first place means you get more eyes on it, more people using it, more incentive to optimise it, it's a huge step forward either way

@piyush784066 If you're switching from Ubuntu to Fedora, you need some kind of mental treatment. Ultimately, both are projects heavily influenced by the companies that sponsor them. In that case, it makes much more sense to go back to the base, Debian.

Since Canonical keeps making anti-Linux decisions, it's getting ridiculous.
They are forcing Snaps on everything (even Firefox via apt), spam terminal with Ubuntu Pro ads, and the Snap Store keeps letting malware through.
This isn't the Ubuntu we loved anymore. It's turning corporate.
Time to switch. I am planning to go with fedora or something else
