Atiku said it’s only in PDP that there’s a constitution on rotation of power between the geopolitical zones but he still went against it in PDP!!! The North just finished 8 years in Buhari barely 3 years ago but nah, that doesn’t count for Atiku, it has to be him, “Savior of Nigeria” 😒😒😒

I was delighted to join fellow party leaders and members at the historic ADC National Convention in Abuja. The convention united our great party in a single voice and unbreakable spirit — a resolute commitment to remain unbent in our collective struggle for a better, greater Nigeria. I heartily congratulate the David Mark-led National Working Committee on the successful renewal of their mandate. With this renewed confidence, I am confident that our party will march on to resounding victory in the days ahead. - RMK

British companies/service providers and sending letters in post. 🤝 Any small thing, they’ve dropped letters in the mail box. You then begin to wonder what’s the essence of your email address that they have with them.

Mr Swish (One Hustler Like That)
I was paying £420 on one of my houses as council tax because it was empty. I claimed that someone lives in there to reduce the cost. the council sent a “spy” to stay in front of the house from 6am - 12am on a particular day. They sent a final warning letter afterwards. 😂
Slimfit@iSlimfit

Council tax is the boldest bill in the UK. You pay it whether you use the services or not, it goes up every April without asking, and if you miss it they escalate faster than any other creditor.

Told Amex I wanted to move from Gold to Blue. They approved it so fast I started wondering if I should’ve just paid the annual £195 fee but didn't even use all the benefits to justify it but liked the gold colour 😂 No annual membership fee. americanexpress.com/en-gb/referral…

Binary choice: Own a £300k house with a mortgage or own £300k of dividend stocks in an ISA? One costs you £1,200/month. One pays you £1,000/month. Both can appreciate. Only one is liquid.

This is a matter principle for me. My rent never crosses 25% of my monthly income. In fact, at a time, I remember making sure that all my monthly upkeep, i.e., food, rent, transportation, etc, did not go beyond 35% of my monthly income. I built two units of two bedroom flats in that period! Financial prudence is very critical if you want to make any meaningful progress in life...

By the way, If you earn £2,000 a month, And you rent a £950 per month flat, That is financial irresponsibility. You will always struggle, you will never build wealth and you will drown in poverty. Please be wise and smart. Either get a higher paying job or move to another city. If you can, please. Your rent should never be more than 1/3 your salary. If your landlord takes half your salary every month, you are actually working for your landlord.

But you are relating with your husband… 🤡
Instablog9ja@instablog9ja

I can’t relate with anyone who do not have the fear of Gid — First Lady Remi Tinubu Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has said her relationship with people who do not know God rarely lasts long. She also revealed that in nearly 40 years of marriage to her husband, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, she cannot recall a time they raised their voices at each other. The First Lady made the remarks on Thursday while hosting an Interfaith Breaking of Fast for both Ramadan and Lent at the Old Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja. The event was attended by Muslim and Christian leaders, as well as wives of state governors. Addressing women leaders during the overlapping Ramadan and Lenten seasons, Mrs. Tinubu stressed the importance of peaceful coexistence among Nigerians of different faiths. Sharing her personal experience as a Christian married to a Muslim, she said, “Since the Ramadan fast was announced, and the Lenten season began together, it was like God was speaking to us as a nation. “Some of us are married to people of different faiths, and we have lived together peacefully for many years. For me, almost 40 years.” Reflecting on her marriage, she added: “And I can tell you, I can’t remember when both of us raised our voices at each other. Maybe not more than twice in 40 years, I can tell you that. So we’ve been quite mature and respectful about that. “And I believe that’s the best way to live together, as people from different faiths.” She also urged Nigerians to drop a sense of entitlement tied to religion, “We as Christians have a form of entitlement. Because we have Christ, we feel our grace is sufficient. But you cannot live without having a fear of God. The Bible says, the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. I will deal with anybody in the country with the fear of God.” Mrs. Tinubu further encouraged women to mentor younger generations and instill values that promote unity and responsible leadership.
