GREAT WORK TODAY!! At Nordic Tract we had 10 men and 8 2.0's having fun for the first 30 minutes of the workout. Ultimate frisbee is always a good burner. Then the last 30 min was picking up trash around the school. TCLAPS to all you HIM's!
