@AmericanAir Yesterday your CLT staff held my wife's bag on an empty plane for hours, wouldn't giver her the bag when it was cancelled, and told her she could pick it up today. This morning they sent the bag to BWI after explicitly saying they wouldn't. Can you get her the bag?
