A question for Muslims about Tawhid:
If Islam is pure monotheism, why is your prayer invalid if you omit Muhammad's name?
In the Tashahhud, you address him directly ("Peace be upon YOU, O Prophet"). Making the worship of God dependent on invoking a human breaks Tawhid!

One thing Christians will never do is kill someone for leaving Christianity.
Yes, parents may be hurt, disappointed, or angry for a time, but they will not harm you or call for your death.
In contrast, we have heard many testimonies from different parts of the world of former Muslims whose lives were threatened after leaving Islam.
I remember hearing about a man whose father allegedly gathered young men in their neighborhood and instructed them to pour acid on his son because he had converted.
There was another case where a convert was reportedly chained and locked in a room by his parents. Every day, someone would come and beat him while demanding that he return to Islam.
There have also been reports of individuals being sentenced to death for apostasy after being found with a Bible and openly declaring that they had become Christians.
I could go on and on.
But it is extremely rare to hear of a Christian parent or Christian community wanting to kill their child simply because he or she left Christianity. In most cases, Christian parents would seek counseling, ask others to talk with the person, or pray and fast on their behalf.
In Islam it is called“honor killings” approved by Muhammed himself.
