One of the only ways someone has Tomlin's full crim record is if he gave it to them. In life you sometimes have to disclose your record under certain circumstances. Jobs, land lords, political parties and more. If it is floating about out there, he maybe needs to look near home?

I have a file against my local council on an obvious fraud they pull by signing benefits claims for housing when done over the phone and not online, with action fraud, it's kept on record for so long then dumped if the police don't charge the individual, si's very confused.
