This week was the end of STEAM club. We wrapped up this session by having fun with our robots. A special thank you goes out to Paige Herman for volunteering her time to help our budding scientists throughout the season.
The Life Skills students at Fleetwood Area Middle School are gaining real-world job skills through their work in the student-run coffee shop. Each Friday morning, they proudly serve smiles, warm cheer, and coffee to help staff start their day on a positive note.
How many current and former Middle Schoolers are in this cast picture? Come and support Fleetwood High School's production of The Wizard of Oz, Friday and Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students, veterans, and senior citizens.
STEAM club had a great time exploring probability, pattern recognition, and strategic planning through card games. While it looked like simple fun, students were building some powerful skills along the way. Who knew a deck of cards could spark so much learning? ♥️♣️♦️♠️

STEAM Club Spotlight: Super Cube Shuffle!
Brains were buzzing in our 5th grade STEAM Club as students tackled the Super Cube Shuffle! Using strong visual-spatial reasoning, kids experimented, rotated, and strategized their way through cube puzzles while building persistence.
Hands-on learning in action at Tiger Drone Academy! Students practiced flight controls using simulators before taking on real drone challenges. Safety, teamwork, and STEM skills are front and center.
