Watched hours & hours & hours of film today and here’s the full scouting report of these players.
DE Cian Slone Utah State -is my number 1 on the list and I expect him to be a day 2 Pick floor, if he goes to the right program and uses the right way. Has only G5 offers currently which I cannot comprehend in the slightest, he has great bend, hands and pursuit off the edge, is strong and can use speed moves as well as convert speed to power. He can start at almost any school in the country day 1. Great motor and makes many of his plays on 2nd and 3rd effort.
DT Alexander Whitmore UNLV - is an explosive DT with great bend and versatility to play anywhere from Nose to a 5 Technique. Whitmore has great feet and an AMAZING Motor. Great against the run and pass rushing. Doesn't give up after losing first move and does whatever it takes to get to the ball. Able to play vertical and disrupt gap run scheme's quickly.
DT Bryce Dixon Liberty- an undersized but explosive DT who uses good leverage and able to lockout O-lineman and maintain his gap. Plays bigger than his size. Able to beat cutoff block against outside zone/stretch plays.
DT Pius Odjugo CMU - From Nigeria, he is freakishly strong and athletic but hasn't reached his full potential. He can physically dominate any OL lined up in front of him. Great coaching can turn him into an unblock-able game wrecker.
DE Michael Moore UAB - Very lean build, great length, can be used in a lot of different positions and has great versatility. Willingness to set the edge, can drop back in coverage as a LB and great closing speed. Really explosive athlete that can get into the backfield in a hurry.
DB Hershey Mclaurin Houston- Did not watch him in coverage, he is a Maniac in the box and in the run game. Moves great to be a 6'2 safety and reminds me of Colorado's Cam Silmon Craig with some of the plays he makes and his ability to track down ball carriers. Another guy with great versatility that can be used as a Big Nickel back. Very comfortable in the box.
DT Ezra Eviamalo Hawaii- Very strong, violent and stout DL. He is able to shock and shed great, and is a good pass rusher as well as disrupter in the run game. Played a lot of 4i and Edge, was able to use his quickness/speed to cause trouble for lineman despite size disadvantage.
DE Jayden Jones Arkansnas State - Recovering from an LCL injury, will be rehabbing at EXOS this spring before deciding on a school. mainly a stand up edge who is explosive and great at getting to the ball. Shows the ability to blow up blocks, maintain containment and be violent on contact. A player I would take a shot on knowing where he is rehabbing and hoping to get him back to full form. Wore a knee brace this season, not sure if he was playing through that same injurying during the season. Very disruptive versus Michigan.
