Okay lets address FPS gaming and Auto Aim (AA). Note: I'm not using ChatGPT, this is me the human. 1. FPS games and especially online were only possible on PC from the mid 90's till 2001 when XBOX finally joined online play. Quake, Unreal Tournament, Half Life, Duke Nukem & Counter-Strike and more were possible to play before you ever heard of HALO. This was the golden era of online play where people respected each other for good play and not what you see in lobbies today. 2. Gaming and AA+ today is almost all catered to a 50/50 experience. Very similar to HALO gameplay. The days of one player tearing through a game is almost extinct now. The game developers cater to the masses and want everyone to feel like they're good at shooting people in the games. AA+ helps a ton with that and makes people feel like they're actually doing something incredible when in fact they're just holding left trigger. 3. Mouse and keyboard is hard to master because its an actual skill. It's kind of like saying it's hard to dunk a basketball. If I could just hold left trigger and dunk a basketball in real life, that would be insane! Just like AA+ is now for everyone, it's insane! AA today is not what AA was 20 years ago. (AA+) MNK has been around forever, I literally learned in 1994-1995 how to use the mouse for DOOM2. It was a legendary moment because it was far superior to a controller or hitting left and right and ctrl on the keyboard to shoot. MNK > Controller basically forever until AA+ came around recently. 4. Console games didn't allow MNK. I would of loved crossplay in the 2000's. Every lobby would of been dead and the game developers know it. So they made sure to stay out of that arena. Today, the game devs are constantly trying to find that 50/50 experience and that's why AA+ was introduced to compensate for the controllers deficits in crossplay. Heck, people were switching to controller just because of AA+. It takes away from the pureness of the game which is unfortunate for pro gameplay. It's all about TEAMWORK now. 5. MNK versus CONTROLLER conclusion. I'm all about the MNK as its what defined the upper pinnacle of gaming and esports forever. Even to this day, the biggest esports use MNK. I can't see myself ever really playing on a CONTROLLER for a FPS game. Imagine if you had AA+ with Mouse and Keyboard? 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯

My Dad was my best friend. I lost him on March 3rd, 2026. We did everything together from golf, to pool to playing gin. We had so much fun and time just flew by when we were together. I’ll miss you so much Dad. I’ll love you forever! ❤️ dignitymemorial.com/obituaries/kan…

Look at gamer fuel, and all the things that exist in the gaming world today. You thought I was crazy, but there is always room for the next innovational idea. With gamer food specifically, I was working on creating something similar to Neurogum that you see today! Checkout @NeuroGum those guys are great!

LOL. Skill wise hilarious. 😂 Shit man, guess beating the best in the world isn’t enough for you. Do you even remember the $1 Million World Tour for PainkilleR? This was the most money ever given away for a duel tournament series at that time and was never matched again till Quake Champions over a decade later. If you weren’t in this tournament and playing, you didn’t have skill or you were scared to challenge yourself. Your context and knowledge of what the competition landscape was back then is nonexistent. 💀

Got it, we know, but nobody is playing UT2k3, Painkiller AVP2 or Doom 3 in 2026, none of those games stood the test of time. Q3 Arena via Quake Live is still being played today and was the real game to prove your mettle if you were actually the best in the world. Not these fringe weird games. I personally can't with a straight face call you the goat of FPS when Rapha has 7 Quakecon world titles when it was the most competitive FPS for 10+ years. I have 10000000% respect for you, it's my opinion (like assholes everyone has one right?), and the opinion of other high level Quake players is that you were good, but not great when the competition REALLY heated up, never reached the bleeding heights of top competition, and that's 100% fine. Your contemporaries like Toxic, and Cooller played during these eras but you went the other route, that's 1000% fine, get your money baby. Just don't call yourself the GOAT when you weren't skill wise. That's why you haven't directly addressed taking on the likes of a Rapha.

I’m obviously not silent. You realize I competed in multiple deathmatch 1v1 games and was a world champion in five different games, whereas you’re comparing me to one game title. My goal was not just to be the best quake 3 arena player, but also to be the best fps gamer in the world. That’s the reality of what you’re clearly missing.

Notice how @FATAL1TY is silent? You are digging a hole for him he knows he won't get out of. Rapha is in shape at the moment and just competed in 250FPS just 2 weeks ago were he placed 2nd against the cream of the crop in Europe. Anyone in the top 15 would molest @FATAL1TY or anyone in the world for that matter. I have the UTMOST respect for @FATAL1TY and I know his impact on gaming, you think I was born yesterday? I also respect that Bob Cousy or Jerry West wouldn't beat Michael Jordan or Victor Wembanyama in a 1v1🤣 250fps.com

Always interesting to see how people misplace what actually happened in Quake 3 Arena & deathmatch game history, even with AI responses. So here’s my response. CPL was the standard for the highest level of competition, not Quakecon. Also World Cyber Games Challenge in 2000. This was the peak of competition for Quake 3 Arena where the most was at risk, do or die mentality. Count em. XSi Invitational in Sweden against the top 12 players in the world. CPL Razer, top players in the world competed period. CPL Cologne, top EU & Russian players came and competed & CPL Australia. Battletop USA Duel & CPL Frag 4, team deathmatch against the top teams in the world and finally World Cyber Games Challenge in South Korea where I won GOLD MEDAL for USA. 🥇 Literally across America, Asia, Europe & Australia was competed on and the best of the best played. I won all of them, including with my team clan Kapitol. 🚀 After Quake, I moved onto other games and continued to be the #1 earner in esports history till 2012. It’s ridiculous I have to defend myself, but it’s necessary when false information is constantly posted. And yes I did win a Quakecon in 2004 for Doom 3 Inaugural Championship, grok has it wrong and this guys perspective is limited. No doubt I give respect to Rapha for what he’s accomplished in Quake Live, but you talking about a completely different time in esports and different body of work that was accomplished over many years of showing the world you can make a living playing video games. 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆
