Across a career that began in the early 1950s and spanned five decades, graphic designer Fred Troller forged a Swiss modernist path through corporate America. Working with equal ease across packaging, advertisement and book covers, his works, with their concise minimalism, were far removed from the more ornate vocabulary of American visual culture in the 1960s. A crowd-sourcing campaign is now pooling funds for the production of a monograph that captures his life and work. Crafted by @uniteditions and his daughter and son-in-law Meret and Dani Piderman, it promises an intimate view of Troller's oeuvre. To back the book, please visit: vol.co/collections/fr…
