Put them in a carton, get them into your car and drive to a nearby bush, release them into the bush that is where they belong and they are part of the ecosystem and food chain
Go back home and make sure that the spacing between your door, window and roof is not more than 1mm

As a farmer, you should be glad if you have these ants on your fruit tree. They're called Weaver ants and they'll reduce the amount of money you'll spend on pesticide by more than 60%. Not only would you save, your fruits will be free of pesticide touch.
In fact, in some countries, they deliberately bring the ants to a tree that doesn't have it.
You're welcome.

In poultry farming, mornings are less about “checking in” and more about “damage control.” The farmers who succeed are the ones who build systems to detect, prevent or at the very least Manage those problems early.
Here are some lists of problems that I usually wake up to;
1. Sudden Mortality
2. Feed or Water Disruptions
3. Power Failure- Rats can eat our wiring .
4. Extreme Temperatures -Too cold night or excessive heat during dry season
5. Diseases that can spread rapidly
6. Egg Production Drop
7. Predators or Theft
8. Equipment Failure
9. Waste Management Issues
10. Market Pressure and disruption
Some days I can wake up to 9/10 of these problems.

I’m honoured and happy to share that I have been accepted into the 2026 Aspire Leaders Program, an elite global leadership initiative founded in 2017 at Harvard University by Harvard Business School professors Tarun Khanna and Karim Lakhani.
Originally established as the Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program, the Aspire Institute has since evolved into a global powerhouse for talent, selecting high-potential individuals from over 150 countries.
My journey with Cohort 2 officially kicked off on April 22, 2026, and will run through June 30, 2026.
Being part of this global cohort is a significant step.
As I continue to walk through the complexities of sustainable development, decentralized technologies, and public health infrastructure, I’ve realized that the most robust solutions require more than just technical precision; they require adaptive, world-class leadership.
Over the next few months, I’ll be engaging with:
Strategic Leadership: Immersive modules on digital transformation and building trust in emerging markets.
Global Networking: Connecting with high-potential change-makers from over 150 countries to exchange cross-border insights.
Social Impact: Refining how I can better scale technical solutions to solve real-world challenges in Nigeria and the broader space.
I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from Harvard faculty and peer leaders.
This opportunity offers rigorous academics and a gateway to a lifelong global network and seed funding for future social ventures.
Let’s see what this journey holds!
