how can we say that Ayesha is gone? when all her efforts all her struggles all her achievements are alive, even when she was on her deathbed, patients were getting blood transfused at @FAiTh_Pakistan , no pain could ever stop her from fighting. for herself for the family she has at home or the family she has at @FAiTh_Pakistan

Not even 48 hours had passed away and the tree that Ayesha Mehmood planted with her own hands @FAiTh_Pakistan was transfusing thalassemia patients blood free of cost. we are proud to say we are the family members of Ayesha Mehmood, the lady who showed the whole world how strong thallassemia patients are. now its our duty to continue the mission she started. helping others in pain will always make you forget your own pain spend a day or two at @FAiTh_Pakistan and connect to all these sweethearts who miss Ayesha as much as we all do.

It is with deep sadness that we share that Ayesha, whose case we posted a few days ago, has passed away. 💔 She was admitted due to cardiac issues and was later discharged. With your support, we provided her medicines, ration, and an Eid gift. Sadly, she left this world two days ago. We request you all to please continue supporting our patients. Ahmed Sami ur Rehman, Umer Adnan, and Kulsoom received their scheduled blood transfusions, while Uzair, Arman, Suleman, and Shawwal visited for consultations. For them, this is routine—but it’s also a reminder that consistent care keeps hope alive and their journey going forward.
